Tic-tac-toe is one of the most popular paper and pencil games. The game is played on a 3x3 board and the first to align three marks (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) wins the game.
At the end of the rounds, the player will be put in a queue to play against another opponent.
The loser of each match-up is immediately eliminated from the tournament. Each winner will play another in the next round, until the final match-up, whose winner becomes the tournament champion.
